The Homestead Church, one of the seven original Radical Pietist churches in Iowa’s seven Amana Colonies and now part of the Amana Heritage Museum. The sanctuary sits behind the largest windows. Two of the group’s churches are still active. All services were in German until 1961. Now, there is one weekly service that uses German and English. c. Nadine Godwin
