The last surviving communal dining hall in the Amana Colonies, located in Middle Amana and now part of the Amana Heritage Museum. Six days a week, village women prepared five meals for service in this hall. On Sunday, they prepared three. Visitors can sample traditional dinners here on select June-to-October evenings. c.
